You get to choose how much time to dedicate to this program during the 6-week cohort and beyond. Of course, the more you put into it, the more you will get from it.

At a minimum, each week you should plan to watch the Seminar videos (approximately one hour), attend your live Workshop session (one hour), and dedicate at least 5 minutes per day toward writing your book.

The good news is that it's OK if you don't have time for every opportunity during the 6-week program. You will have lifetime access to all Seminar video recordings, written materials, and insider interviews, so you can access them whenever you're ready — even long after the program has ended. 

Yes! This program is geared toward high-performers and thought leaders, who by definition are seriously busy people like you.

Aim to attend at least your weekly one-hour Workshop sessions live (via Zoom), and dedicate at least five minutes per day to writing your book. Each week's on-demand video Seminars will be available to you at your convenience, with lifetime access. There is plenty of progress you can make asynchronously, whenever your schedule allows.

This program is dedicated to helping authors of nonfiction books such as memoirs, business, and self-help books. Genres such as fiction, poetry, and screenwriting will not be addressed in this program.

The answer to this question will be different for every participant, because it depends on whether you already have a book underway or will be starting from scratch. And of course, it depends on how much time you dedicate to writing each day! 

At a minimum, the program will provide you with the guidance to get started writing, structure your book, choose an engaging title, begin drafting your introduction, gather scenes to enliven your book, make a plan for connecting with your audience, and understand the “ins and outs” of the publishing process. But if you dedicate more time, you can emerge with a book proposal that is ready to shop to literary agents, or, if you make it a top priority, even a rough draft of your book.

Yes! This program is designed to walk you through the process of writing, starting from the very beginning. So whether you have a full first draft or nothing at all, I'd love to have you take part!

It is important to me that the course is hugely valuable to you. To help make this happen, every person who applies for a seat will have a short discovery call with a member of my program team. On this 20-minute call, we'll ask you about your goals as an author and discuss whether the program will be a good fit for your needs.

Tuition payments are officially nonrefundable, as the number of seats is limited. However, if you reserve a seat and then find yourself unavailable for the program before it begins, let us know. If we're able to fill the seat from the waitlist before the program begins, we'll issue you a refund.
