This is a true writing immersion. Each day follows the same proven rhythm:

Mornings (9am–12pm PT)
Live teaching with MeiMei and her team to clarify your structure, sharpen your ideas, and show you exactly what to work on next.
Each morning session includes one guest speaker—an expert author or book publicist.
Afternoons (1pm–4pm PT)
Focused writing sprints where you put the teaching into practice immediately, plus individual feedback sessions to keep you moving in the right direction.
Evenings (6pm–7:30pm PT)
Group sharing, hot seats, and accountability to lock in momentum and make sure no one gets stuck.
Day 1: Foundation & Vision (Friday 4/17)
Theme: Clarity on your book's purpose, audience, and structure

Day 1 is about making the core decisions most aspiring authors avoid, so that you stop circling your idea and start writing with confidence.

- Welcome & Mindset Reset — Why your book matters now and how to quiet the inner critic that slows you down
- Your WHO, WHAT, WHY — Define your ideal reader, the transformation you're offering, and the single idea your book is built around
- The 5-Minute Rule — The habit science that turns "aspiring authors" into published ones
- Structure for Success — Map your chapters and create a complete, usable book outline
- How to Use AI (Properly) — Tools that accelerate your process without producing generic "AI SlopÂ
Afternoon Writing Block (1pm — 4pm)
This is where ideas turn into pages
- Writing Sprint #1: Write a clear overview of your book (for marketing or a proposal)Â
- Writing Sprint #2: Draft the opening of your first chapter or Introduction
- 15-minute individual feedback session to keep you on track
Evening Session (6pm — 7:30pm)
You’ll end the day clearer and more confident than when you started.
- Group introductions and book concepts
- Hot seat: 2 – 3 participants share their book vision for group feedback
Day 2: Storytelling & Drafting (Saturday 4/18)
Theme: Turning experience into compelling chapters without guessing or oversharing.
Great storytelling is about structure, not talent.
On Day 2, you’ll learn a repeatable method for turning lived experience into chapters that engage readers, deliver insight, and actually move the book forward.

- Show Don't Tell Workshop  — How to use sensory detail, dialogue, and scene-setting so readers stay engaged

- Spinning Content — How to turn your book material into podcasts, interviews, other content for long-term visibility

- Writing Sprint #3: Draft a key chapter using the Movie Moments Method
- Writing Sprint #4: Expand on the first, or being a second
- 15-minute individual feedback session to refine what you've written
Evening Session (6pm — 7:30pm)
Sharing your work is optional but the space is supportive, constructive, and designed to build confidence.
- Brave readings: Participants share a passage from today's writing
- Constructive feedback practice (positive first, then "I" statements)Â
Day 3: Publishing & Launch (Sunday 4/19)
Theme: From manuscript to a clear, realistic publishing path

- The Editing Process — What happens after the draft, who you actually need to hire, and in what order
